pOver 150 people attended the Whiteford VFC annual banquet held at the fire station. The event emcee was Deputy Chief Rusty Leftwich. Several members were recognized for the past year efforts and dedication. This years highlights was the 2nd. Chiefs Life Saving Award. The customary gag gifts were presented to several members. Whiteford VFC EMS personnel were dispatched to the PNC Bank located at 2408 Whiteford road for a cardiac arrest.nbspCivilians nbspwere rendering CPR prior to arrival of emergency medical personnel. EMSFire personnel arrived and found a 56 year oldnbspMark Robinson of Fawn Grove PA nbspin full cardiac arrest and began Advance Life Support procedures. The patient was packaged and transportednbspto Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. During transportnbspMr. Robinsonnbspregained anbsppulse amp respiration. Prior to hospital arrivalnbspMr. Robinsonnbsphad a strongnbsppulsenbspamp breathing and was conversingnbspminimally.
