At 0912 hours Whiteford Volunteers were dispatched for a full assignment to Sta. 57 Delta-Cardiff VFC first due for a dwelling fire in the 500 blk. on Main St. Delta Boro. Between 0915-0918hrs. E612T631E611E613 Chief 6 called enroute with Command 57 reporting a working fire. At 0915hrs. E612 Chief 6 arrived crews placed two 1 34 handlines in-service. Crews provided a quick knock on the fire and assisted with overhaul operations. The fire was a result of a furnace malfunction with extension into the walls.
