pAt 1245hrs. Whiteford Volunteers were dispatched for an MVA wRescue in the 2100blk. of Whiteford Road. At 1247hrs. Chief 6 amp 6-2 U1498 called en-route followed by A691R651 E613 at 1250hrs. Dispatch advised caller reported one vehicle overturned and persons trapped. At 1250hrs. Chief 6 amp 6-2 arrived and found a two vehicle accident with one on its side. Command confirmed the rescue to thenbspSUVnbspand found the driver of the second had self-extricated prior to arrival. Command requested 2nd. due BLS unit amp additional engine which brought York Co. A57-1 amp E911 to the scene. Crews stabilized and removed thenbspSUVs roof andnbspcompleted the extricated in 20 mins. The patient wasnbspevaluatednbspas anbspPriority 1 – Category B andnbspaviation was requested to the scene.nbspThe patient was transported by MSP Trooper 1 tonbspShock Traumanbspwith the second patient transported to UCMC.
