At 2048hrs. units responded and immediately arrivednbspwith no accident showing. Dispatch then directed unitsnbspto the 2700blk. of Whiteford Rd. and to use caution for an overturned vehicle at location. At 2051hrs. units arrived and found a single utility truck overturned withnbspthe driver already self-extricated. The overturned vehicle had spilled a large amount ofnbsproofing nails onto the roadway. The driver was evaluated and refused any further medical attention.
