At 1907hrs. Whiteford Volunteers were dispatched to the intersection of Ady Prospect Roads for an MVA with Rescue. At 1909hrs. Chief 6R651A691U1496 called enroute. Dispatch advised the caller was reporting multiple patients and possible entrapment. Chief 6 requested 2nd. due EMS unit to respond. At 1912hrs. Chief 6 arrived and found a two vehicle side impact collision. Command reported no rescue and possible patient refusals. At 1915hrs. units arrived and crews contained a 50x25fluid spill area.
