Darlington, MD – At 0301 hours, Whiteford Volunteers and mutual-aid companies were dispatched to assist Co. 9 in their first due with a working dwelling fire in the 3300blk. of Hughes Rd. Immediately after the initial alert, Dispatch upgraded the call to a working fire dispatch. At 0307 hours, E612, T6, and Chief 6 called en-route, with Co. 9 units arriving and reporting a fully involved attached garage. At 0316 hours, E612 & T6 crews assisted with fire, water, and overhaul operations .
At 0502 hours units cleared the scene.
