BUSY WEEKEND – 7 CALLS

Between 113007 to 120207 Whiteford Volunteers were busy with 7 calls for service. On 113007 at 0312hrs. Units responded to an AFA in the 200blk. of Davis Rd. Upon arrival unit found a alarm malfunction. At 1025hrs. Units responded for a woods fire at the intersection of Ady Taylor Roads. Units found 2 separate fires with the largest involving about 12 acre. Both fires were extinguished. At 1422hrs. Units responded to the 2400blk. of Whiteford Rd. for a fuel spill from a 10-50PD. At 1752hrs. Units responded to the interesction of Whiteford Graceton Roads from an MVA wRescue. Crews extricated the passenger who was transported to Shock Trauma by Trooper 1. The driver was transported to York Hospital by M691. On 120207 at 1300hrs. Units responded to an MVA at the intersection of Rocks Davis Roads. Units found one patient that was transported to UCMC. At 1520hrs. Units responded mutual aid in Sta. 56 Fawn Grove first due for a Dwelling Fire in the 500blk. of Miller Rd. Command 56 advised units on scene would handle. At 1717hrs. Units responded for an AFA in the 800blk. of Federal Hill Road. Units found the alarm activation caused by smoke from the fireplace.
