Dispatch advised caller reported a 17 year old in cardiac arrest. At 1038hrs. U1496 amp M692 arrived and confirmed a arrest.nbsp The EMS crew provided CPR amp ALS measures at the scenenbspat which timenbspthenbsppatient had regain both a pulse amp breathing.
