On Sunday062908 the Whiteford Volunteers attended a training session sponsored by York Co. Station 54 Eureka VFC. The owners of the closed Fypon Mill offered the site to Sta.54 for training purposes. The company manned Engine 612 Truck 631 Rescue 651 for this event. Participates had the opportunity to receive engine truck operations RIT and live-burn exercises throughout the day. The members of the Whiteford VFC wishes to extend our appreciation to the Eureka VFC for allowing us to attend this beneficial training. A great time was had by those attending.
